Our average Reverse Mortgage Origination Fee is around $3,000, the range is $2,000 to $6,000 but let’s use $3,000 to keep it conservative. For every Reverse Mortgage a recruit of yours closes you earn 5% or an average of $150.00. If you recruit 10 Loan Officers and they each write one per month that is an extra $1,500 per month income to you.
If you recruit 20 Loan Officers and they do one per month you earn an extra $3,000 per month.
Our average “Forward/Traditional” Mortgage Origination Fee is $5,000, the range is $2,000 to $10,000 but let’s use $5,000 as an average. For every “Forward/Traditional” Mortgage a recruit of yours closes you earn 5% or an average $250.00. Again if you have 10 Loan Officers that close one per month you earn $2,500 per month.
20 Loan Officers doing one per month and you earn $5,000 per month.
Or, how about the Mortgage Modification: 5% of the $2995.00 is $149.75 to you per Mortgage Moddification, as above 20 recruits will earn you $2995.00 per month.
You can also be an Affiliate for the Certified Reverse Mortgage Advisor designation and earn 20% of the $497.00 tuition or about $100.00 per Certification.
20 Loan Officers Reverse Mortgage Certified is $2000.00
So, if you add it all up you will make about $13,000.00 per month or $156,000.00 just for recruiting...
I haven't even added up the income from your own business!
